Company Nurse

-Give first aid treatments and proper medications to employees as needed
-In case of any accident, accompany the injured employee to the nearest hospital
-Maintain medical and other related records of all employees
-Examine and make sure that the sick employees submit fit certificate
-Organize regular medical examinations of all employees
-Prepare medical reimbursement report each month
-Monitor the stock inventory of medicines and other necessary supplies from time to time
-Perform any other duties and responsibilities that maybe assigned by the management or the company doctor
-Attends to employee medical needs including the issuance of oral medications and rendering injectable medications and the like.
-Coordinates with referred clinic, dental and laboratory services of the employees and results.
-Gives first aid treatment in cases of accidents, injuries, traumas, etc.
-Maintains employee individual health records.
-Proves basic awareness and know how on identification, prevention and intervention on occurring diseases.
-Implements and/or carry out quality improvement activities as may be formally and officially defined by the immediate superior (company physician) or by the executive management.
