Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Licensed Geodetic/Civil Engineer
• Fresh Graduates or with preferably 2 years of similar experience.
• Knows how to use and operate various surveying equipment (total station, GPS, level, etc.).
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team of surveying aides.
• Ability to focus and deliver results under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions and on site depending on project location.
• Willing to travel frequently to different project sites as needed.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead and supervise geodetic surveying team activities
• Conduct surveys to determine positions, elevations, and land features
• Collect, validate, and analyze data using total station, GPS, and other instruments
• Maintain, calibrate, and safeguard surveying equipment
• Prepare survey plans, drawings, and technical reports
• Verify accuracy of survey calculations and ensure compliance with standards
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
• Assist in project scheduling, budgeting, and progress monitoring
• Identify and resolve survey issues to prevent delays or errors
• Submit weekly progress reports and ensure timely output delivery
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations on site
• Perform other tasks essential to geodetic engineering
