Job Description
We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for a Telecommunications (Telco) Account. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and first-time job seekers who want to build a career in the BPO industry. Paid training will be provided to help you succeed in handling customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer inbound calls to assist customers with inquiries regarding telco products, services, billing, and technical concerns.
• Provide accurate information and solutions while maintaining professionalism.
• Handle complaints and resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Ensure excellent customer experience in every interaction.
• Document customer interactions accurately using company systems.
Qualifications:
• Good communication skills (oral and written)
• Willing to work onsite
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule
• HS/SHS Graduate (depending on the account)
• Must be currently residing within Metro Manila
• Must be 18 years old and above (legal age)
• College fresh graduates and undergraduates of any course are welcome to apply
• High school graduates (Old Curriculum) or SHS graduates (New Curriculum) accepted
• Applicants with or without call center experience are welcome to apply
