Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Build and maintain good relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
-Look for new business opportunities and work with the sales team to create growth strategies.
-Understand client needs and suggest the right technology solutions.
-Manage project plans to make sure solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
-Coordinate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure smooth client support and business success.
-Keep records of client interactions and sales activities updated in the CRM system.
-Stay informed about industry trends and share useful insights with clients and colleagues.
Qualifications
-Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree.
-2 years of sales experience dealing with customers, preferably in IT or a related industry.
-Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage.
-Amenable to work onsite in Makati
