IT Systems & Integrations Manager (Remote)

We're Hiring: IT Systems & Integrations Manager (Remote)
Work Schedule: 11PM – 8AM Philippine Time
Work Type: FULL TIME - CONTRACTOR

Duties & Responsibilities
• IT Support & Ticketing – Oversee the IT ticketing system, ensure timely issue resolution, monitor trends, maintain a knowledge base, and drive service improvements.
• Systems Integrations (EDI & API) – Manage design, development, and maintenance of integrations across ERP, CRM, e-commerce, HR, shipping, and financial systems. Focus on SPS Commerce, Celigo, and NetSuite flows, ensuring accurate data exchange for sales orders, invoices, shipments, and inventory.
• Process Improvement & Automation – Audit and stabilize existing integrations, implement process automation (billing, inventory, pricing, customer order portal), and maintain NetSuite workflows, reporting, and scripting.
• Documentation & Compliance – Create SOPs, integration documentation, and ensure data integrity, security, and best practices in EDI/API processes.
• Collaboration & Communication – Act as liaison between IT and business teams, vendors, and international stakeholders to gather requirements, test solutions, and deliver integration projects. Provide clear communication on IT issues, updates, and process changes.

Qualifications:
• 3 to 5 years of experience in IT support, IT service management, and complex system integrations
• Experience managing IT ticketing systems
• Experience in integrations with ERP systems, ideally NetSuite
• Strong understanding of EDI document standards
• Experience integrating with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
