Job Description
Job Summary-
The Enrollments Specialist and Customer Service Representative plays a key role in ensuring patients, healthcare providers, and partners receive accurate, timely, and compassionate support related to pharmaceutical delivery services. This role is responsible for enrolling patients into prescription delivery programs, verifying eligibility, coordinating with pharmacies, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a seamless end-to-end experience.

Key Responsibilities-
Enrollment & Processing

Facilitate the enrollment of patients into pharmaceutical delivery programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory and company standards.

Collect, verify, and input patient information, insurance details, and prescription data into the system.

Coordinate with healthcare providers and pharmacies to confirm prescription validity, coverage, and fulfillment eligibility.

Ensure timely processing of enrollment requests to avoid delays in medication delivery.

Customer Service-
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chats from patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals regarding enrollment, order status, delivery timelines, and program information.

Provide clear and empathetic explanations regarding program benefits, eligibility requirements, and next steps.

Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to deliveries, insurance coverage, or account updates.

Escalate complex cases to appropriate teams while maintaining ownership until resolution.

Qualifications
• Nursing graduate required; nursing license preferred but not required.
• 6 months BPO experience
• Good communication skills with the ability to explain medical terms in a clear and empathetic manner.
• Detail-oriented with data entry, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, patient confidentiality) and insurance processes is a plus.
• Open to graveyard shift and office work in Ma-a, Davao City.
