Job Description

Job Summary:
The Sales and Marketing Assistant supports the Sales and Marketing Coordinator in carrying out day-to-day sales and marketing activities. This role is focused on accurate document preparation, marketing logistics, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills, and must be keen to details and numbers, ensuring timely execution of tasks that contribute to client satisfaction and internal efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Support
Assist in drafting and formatting sales quotations and proposals
Organize and maintain up-to-date files of client documents and product information
Ensure product details in documents are accurate and updated
Monitor and file sales-related documents, both electronically and physically
Perform basic review and verification of numerical data for quotations and reports
2. Marketing Assistance
Assist in designing or preparing brochures, flyers, and promotional materials
Coordinate with suppliers for giveaways, printing, and display production
Support basic digital marketing tasks such as content posting and scheduling
Track inventory of marketing materials and supplies
3. Administrative & Coordination Tasks
Draft and format letters, certificates, and internal correspondence
Proofread documents to ensure accuracy in content and figures
Track deadlines for proposal submissions, approvals, and bidding schedules

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
At least 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or administrative work (preferred)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Keen attention to detail, especially in reviewing figures, pricing, and data
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); design tools a plus
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
