Schedule: Midshift (5 p.m. to 2 a.m.)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Lead Azure DevOps Engineer responsible for designing and implementing DevOps solutions within Azure. This role is technical, consultative, and client-facing, with accountability for developing, delivering, and supporting client solutions. The ideal candidate will have consulting experience and a proven track record of successful technical implementations and project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Play a vital role in designing and delivering innovative cloud solutions for clients
Participate in technical planning, design, and project delivery
Collaborate with solution architects to support project efforts from a technical standpoint
Execute the deployment of designed solutions into client environments
Assist in designing and deploying client workloads on Azure
Provide expertise and support in four key areas:
Data Center Transformation
Azure Infrastructure
DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
Cloud Automation
Qualifications:
Over 5 years of experience in system administration (Windows/Linux), DevOps, software development, or IT operations with at least 4 years of leadership experience
At least 3 years of experience migrating and deploying cloud-based solutions
Hands-on experience with Terraform, Bicep, ARM Templates, Ansible (or similar tools)
Practical experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (VSTS/TFS), Jenkins, Bamboo, or equivalent
More than 1 year of supporting Microsoft Azure infrastructure and architectures (or equivalent experience with AWS or GCP)
Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python, Groovy, etc.) for automation, from any cloud environment
Knowledge of various cloud deployment methodologies and emerging cloud technologies
Skills in performance analysis, troubleshooting, and remediation techniques
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a remote project team
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Preferred Skills/Certifications:
Experience with Chef/Puppet, Docker, and Kubernetes is a plus
Microsoft certifications are a plus
