POSITION TITLE: IT Business Analyst
WORK LOCATION: BGC
WORK SETUP: Onsite
WORK SCHEDULE: Day Shift
QUALIFICATIONS
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
-2 to 3 years of relevant work experience
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies
-Highly motivated and deadline-driven
-Detail- and results-oriented
-Ability to understand business needs and translate them into effective solutions
-Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
-Strong organizational skills
-Flexible and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
-Able to work in a fast-paced environment
JOB SUMMARY/DESCRIPTION
-Identify gaps in current systems and processes, propose improvements, and streamline workflows to enhance efficiency and user satisfaction
-Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and optimize IT systems to support business objectives
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
-Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and gaps within IT systems and workflows
-Propose and develop solutions to optimize processes, reduce redundancy, and improve system performance
-Conduct thorough business process and workflow analysis to find improvement areas
-Gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
-Analyze user feedback and system data to identify optimization opportunities
-Design and implement process improvements, system upgrades, or new functionalities in coordination with IT teams
-Develop business cases and recommend system enhancements to senior management
-Act as liaison between business units and IT, ensuring solutions meet business needs
-Communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to clarify requirements
-Provide ongoing support for smooth implementation of new processes and systems
-Collect and analyze data to assess impact of changes and prepare reports
-Track KPIs to measure efficiency and user satisfaction
-Stay updated on industry trends and recommend innovations for continuous improvement
