Job Description
*Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and send accurate customer invoices
- Monitor outstanding balances & follow up on collections
- Resolve billing/payment discrepancies
- Maintain AR ledger & prepare deposit slips
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations & Customer Service teams
- Prepare aging reports, forecasts, and AR metrics
- Support month-end closing & reporting
* What We’re Looking For:
- Experience as an AR Specialist/Clerk (Billing & Collections)
- Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Odoo)
- Strong Excel & financial reporting skills
- Knowledge of accounting principles
- Excellent communication, accuracy & confidentiality
* Location: Permanent WFH
