Job Description
We're Hiring: Data/Business Analyst
Ortigas, Pasig City | Hybrid | Weekdays (Nightshift)
Primary Responsibilities:
-Ensured database health and accuracy through effective management and maintenance
-Conducted ABM research to gather insights and create account dossiers for targeted strategies
-Analyzed and visualized data to identify trends and support informed decision-making
-Collaborated with marketing teams to optimize campaigns using data-driven insights
-Managed stakeholder relationships and ensured alignment with business needs
-Partnered with cross-functional teams (MarOps, campaigns, design, content) to identify gaps and opportunities
-Mentored and guided data associates
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Marketing or a related field.
-Amenable to a hybrid setup requiring onsite work twice a week
-Flexible with both APAC and US shifts
-Working Experience: 2+ years of experience in Marketing or 2+ years of working in an analytical role.
-Must have experience with databases, data visualization tools (e.g.,
Tableau, Power BI), and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to extract and manipulate data effectively.
-Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate complex data findings and
recommendations clearly to stakeholders
