About the role
Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions' is searching for a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Cagayan de Oro Misamis Oriental. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting the overall success of our operations. This is a full-time position with the option of relocation.

What you'll be doing
Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues through various communication channels, such as phone, email, and chat
Providing accurate and timely information to customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently
Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records of case resolutions
Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the enhancement of customer service protocols
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery
Adhering to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations to maintain compliance

What we're looking for
Applicants WITH/ WITHOUT BPO EXPERIENCE PLUS Relocation Package offer for applicant residing atleast 2hours away from the site in CDO.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide exceptional customer service
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to address and resolve customer issues
Proficient in using computer systems and various software applications
Adaptability and the willingness to learn new skills and technologies
A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively
Familiarity with the call centre and customer service industry is preferred
