About the Role:
ASG Platform is seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Executive/Admin Assistant to provide critical support to our leadership team. This is a fast-paced, fully remote role suited for proactive professionals who can manage administrative and digital operations independently.
Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, meetings, and documents using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
Support recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and assisting with onboarding tasks
Handle confidential documents and files with accuracy and discretion
Automate workflows using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Zapier)
Coordinate cross-functional tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
Provide general administrative support to management as required
Qualifications:
Proven experience in administrative support and remote work
Advanced proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, and Calendar
Strong communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-forward
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Time-oriented and capable of meeting tight deadlines
Compensation & Perks:
Salary: PHP 35,000 – 37,000/month (with performance-based growth)
