Job Description
Position: Business Development Officer (VoIP)
QUALIFICATIONS:
⦁ At least 1 year of proven experience in the VoIP industry (sales, business development, or account management).
⦁ Strong knowledge of VoIP technologies, SIP, and telecom solutions.
⦁ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
⦁ Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
⦁ Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
⦁ Graduate of Business, Marketing, IT, or any related field is an advantage.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
⦁ Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the VoIP/telecom industry.
⦁ Build and maintain relationships with existing clients while expanding the customer base.
⦁ Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential clients.
⦁ Prepare and deliver effective sales pitches, proposals, and presentations.
⦁ Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company goals and profitability.
⦁ Collaborate with the technical and operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
⦁ Track and report sales performance against KPIs and revenue targets.
⦁ Provide feedback to management on market needs and customer preferences to enhance product offerings.
