Salary: ₱28,500 + ₱15,000 Sign-On Bonus

Role Overview:
Customer Service Representative (Chat Support) for our Premium IT Account will handle customer inquiries through online chat, provide accurate technical assistance, and ensure service quality in a fast-paced, world-class environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer inquiries via chat platforms in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate product and technical support information
Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary
Maintain service quality, productivity, and accuracy targets

Qualifications:

At least High School Graduate
Minimum 1 year Customer Care Experience (CCE)
Typing speed: 35 WPM with 85% accuracy
Strong written communication skills
Ability to multitask and work in a team-oriented environment
