Job Description:
1. Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
> Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document sales and distribution processes, including order-to-cash cycle.
> Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement through SAP S/4HANA SD functionality.
2. Solution Design and Implementation:
> Design and configure SAP S/4HANA SD modules, including Sales Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Shipping, and Credit Management.
> Prepare functional specifications for custom developments, reports, enhancements, and interfaces.
> Lead or support SAP S/4HANA SD implementations, upgrades, and migrations, ensuring alignment with business goals.
3. Testing and Validation:
> Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for SD processes.
> Support defect resolution during testing phases and ensure timely issue closure.
4. Training and Support:
> Provide training sessions and create user documentation to support business users in utilizing SD functionalities effectively.
> Deliver post-go-live support, troubleshoot issues, and recommend process improvements.
5. Project Management and Collaboration:
> Assist project managers in planning and executing SD-related project deliverables within scope and timeline.
