Salary Offer: ₱28,500 salary + ₱15,000 SIGN-ON BONUS
Responsibilities:
Answer inbound customer calls and assist with inquiries
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Deliver excellent service while following company protocols
Qualifications:
At least High School Graduate
Minimum 2 years CCE or 6 months–1 year Technical Support experience
Typing speed: 30 WPM with 85% accuracy
