Job Description
DUTIES:
- Developing and executing the company’s employer branding strategy to attract and retain talent.
- Driving engagement activities, company events, and initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Facilitating onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Managing official communication channels, ensuring the timely dissemination of important announcements.
- Responding to queries on company social platforms to maintain professional and engaging communication.
- Screen resumes and applications
- Conduct background checks for new employees
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
- In charge of employee records and updating HR databases and trackers
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Prior experience in HR or relevant internships and HR Certifications (e.g. CHRA, SHRM, etc.) are a plus
Good understanding of HR principles and practices
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Strong project management and presentation skills
Can work independently and collaboratively
Attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Digitally proficient, utilizing Google Suite applications, presentation and graphic tools, and various social media platforms
