Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve sales and collection targets within the assigned territory.
Implement and execute sales and marketing programs to strengthen product positioning and expand market share.
Plan, monitor, and evaluate sales and marketing activities to ensure they meet both short-term and long-term business objectives.
Lead, organize, and supervise Market Development Representatives (MDRs) and field technicians to ensure effective territory coverage and customer engagement.
Maximize profitability by creating demand across the entire product portfolio, with a focus on Biologicals and Premier products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and key stakeholders.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field (preferred).
Proven track record in sales and territory management.
Experience leading and managing field teams.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
