Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and oversee the employee relations function, ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant practices across the organization.
Manage and resolve complex employee relations cases, including disputes, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
Provide guidance and training to managers and supervisors on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and performance management.
Develop, review, and implement employee relations policies, procedures, and best practices.
Partner with leadership to improve workplace culture, employee engagement, and communication strategies.
Oversee investigations into employee complaints, ensuring confidentiality, fairness, and timely resolution.
Monitor trends in employee concerns and recommend proactive solutions.
Ensure compliance with all labor laws, employment regulations, and internal company policies.
Lead initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
Collaborate with HR teams on talent retention, succession planning, and organizational development strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in employee relations or HR management.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
Proven leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities.
High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling sensitive matters.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office
