MIS Network/System Engineer Supervisor
Job summary:
Responsible and accountable in monitoring and support of CLCMV/CFMI/MFI: servers, IT networks, system and databases; CI- technical support.
Job responsibilities:
1. Server Monitoring and support
• Server monitoring
• Server availability
• Preventive maintenance (PMS)
• Corrective maintenance
2. Network monitoring and support
• LAN connectivity availability
• WAN/VPN connectivity availability
• Internet connectivity availability
• Corrective Maintenance
3. SAP system support (CLCMV/CFMI/MFI)
• System/technical support
• SAP-Forms development & support
• SAP- Reports development and support
4. Database monitoring and support
• Monitoring and support (availability)
• Back-up
5. CI- Technical support
• Incident management and support (Tier 2 level)
6. CCTV monitoring and support
• Availability
• Support
7. Other that may be assigned by the superior
• Other IT matters
Job qualifications:
• Graduate of BS Computer Science or any IT related computer course
• At least two (2) years of relevant work experience
• Knowledgeable in new technological tools both software and hardware
• With good written and oral communication skills
• Keen to details, proactive, reliable
• Practice good customer service to both internal/external stakeholders.
• High regard for integrity works related matters. Practice Professional maturity
• Willing to work in Sauyo, Novaliches, Quezon City.
