Job Description
Responsibilities
1. Providing security for executives and their families, including monitoring their well-being
and handling any security threats or issues that arise.
2. Maintaining a vehicle inventory, ordering parts, and arranging for maintenance and
repairs as needed.
3. Driving executives to meetings, conferences, social engagements, and other events as
requested.
4. Providing assistance with luggage and other items as requested by the executive.
5. Coordinating with other staff members at the executive’s company to ensure that all
requests are handled appropriately.
6. Assisting with security measures such as checking identification badges at the door of
an event or making sure that alarms are set before leaving a building unoccupied
7. Monitoring traffic conditions, including road construction and congestion, and relaying
information to the executive in advance so that alternative arrangements can be
made.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as an Executive Driver at least 7 years.
2. Must have experience driving executive cars such as Alphard, Land Cruiser, Fortuner,
and similar vehicles.
3. With valid Philippines driver’s license (Restriction 1 and 2)
4. Familiarity with GPS devices and mobile traffic application (Waze, google maps and
etc.)
5. Ability to lift heavy packages and luggage.
6. Availability to occasionally take weekend and night shifts.
7. Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations (e.g. at rush hour)
8. Capability to drive in any time, weather, and environment.
9. A high school diploma and or Vocational Course.
