JOB OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a proactive and field-ready Sales Executive to promote and sell our door hardware accessories (locks, hinges, handles, closers, etc.) directly to project sites, contractors, architects, and builders. You will play a key role in establishing strong relationships and closing deals on-site.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct daily site visits to build and maintain client relationships
Promote door hardware products to contractors, project engineers, and developers
Generate leads and convert them into actual sales
Prepare and submit quotations, product samples, and technical information as needed
Monitor project progress and coordinate with purchasing and logistics teams
Provide after-sales support and address client concerns promptly
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of any business or technical course
Experience in construction supply sales or hardware is an advantage
Must be willing to do fieldwork/site visits daily
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Goal-oriented and self-motivated
With driver's license and own motorcycle/car is an advantage
