Job Description
This role requires a versatile professional who can effectively manage both HR and administrative responsibilities while supporting the organization's overall objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Management:
• Payroll preparation and government remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, PAG-IBIG)
• Compute sales incentive for sales Payroll
• Assist in the full recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, advertising positions, and arranging interviews.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Manage and update employee records.
• Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
• Responsible for leave management, staff claims, and professional certifications.
• Ensure compliance with local labor regulations.
• Manage work pass administration for foreign employees.
• Support senior management in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Administrative Functions
• Oversee office facilities management, including maintenance and repairs coordination and arrangement.
• Manage office supplies, equipment, and furniture.
• Coordinate internal communications and support when required.
• Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.

Governance and Compliance
• Liaise with HQ Corporate Department on governance matters.
• Support communication and implementation of governance policies.

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in an HR role.
• Good knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR practices.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
• Preferably with experience working in a Japanese Company

Benefits:
Employee Welfare: SSS, PHILHEALTH, PAG-IBIG, 13months pay
HMO (Principal + 2 dependent), SL/VL 6 days each upon regularization

Work schedule: Monday to Friday 8 am - 5 pm
