Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Technical Sales Representative to promote and sell technical products or services to business clients. The ideal candidate combines strong technical understanding with excellent communication and sales skills to provide product solutions that meet customer needs.
This role involves client prospecting, technical presentations, after-sales support, and coordination with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through field visits, calls, and online channels
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate technical products or solutions
Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations
Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales agreements
Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Coordinate with engineering, logistics, and customer support teams to fulfill client orders
Provide after-sales support, including troubleshooting and technical guidance
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts
Monitor competitor activity and industry trends
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics), Industrial Technology, or a related technical field
1–3 years experience in technical sales or related customer-facing roles
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Willing to travel for client visits, trade shows, or site assessments
Has a driver’s license (if fieldwork is required)
Preferred but Not Required:
PRC license (for engineering graduates)
Background in B2B sales for technical or industrial products
Knowledge of AutoCAD or technical drawing interpretation
Work Environment:
Office-based and field-based
Regular client visits (local or regional travel)
Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
Salary Range: PHP18,000 - PHP20,000 (still depending on the qualifications)
