Job Description
WORK LOCATION: Lahug, Cebu
WORK SETUP: Onsite
WORK SCHEDULE: Day Shift
QUALIFICATIONS
-Must have a motorcycle
-Willing to do field collection work with fixed salary plus commission
-Assertive personality
-Familiar with different places in Cebu, especially Lahug
-Must have a valid driver’s license
-No record of reckless driving
JOB SUMMARY/DESCRIPTION
-Perform daily collection activities including field visits, negotiating repayment options, and serving demand letters if necessary
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
-Conduct daily field visits
-Collect checks based on agreed negotiations
-Serve demand letters as required
-Monitor maintenance of the motorcycle
-Perform other assigned responsibilities as needed
-Provide support on all tasks related to the role as required
-With commissions
