Job Description
We are looking for a proactiive HR Generalist to support our daily HR operations. The ideal candidate has experience in the staffing industry and is familiar with field employee management, labor compliance, and recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment and onboarding of candidates for client deployment.
- Handle employee concerns, grievances, and basic disciplinary actions.
- Ensure HR compliance with DOLE, SSS, Pag-IBIG, and other government agencies.
- Maintain and update employee 201 files and HR records.
- Coordinate with payroll and time keeping for accurate processing.
