Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Supervisor to oversee daily HR operations and support the HR team in delivering efficient, compliant, and people-focused services. This role suits a well-rounded HR generalist with strong operational and leadership skills, capable of supervising HR Officers and ensuring alignment with company policies and labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
o HR Team Supervision & Support
- Supervise and provide guidance to HR Officers across various functions such as recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, timekeeping, and admin.
- Coordinate and monitor the timely execution of HR tasks and ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
- Foster a collaborative and accountable team environment focused on continuous improvement.
o HR Operations & Compliance
- Oversee end-to-end HR processes, including onboarding, records management, timekeeping, statutory reporting, and employee offboarding.
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, company policies, and standard HR practices.
- Assist in reviewing and streamlining HR procedures and documentation.
o Employee Relations (ER)
- Act as the initial point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
- Support due process by conducting preliminary investigations and documentation.
- Help maintain a respectful and values-driven work environment.
o Compensation & Benefits
- Monitor payroll-related activities, leave programs, and government-mandated benefits.
- Coordinate with Finance and external partners to ensure accurate remittances and benefits administration.
- Assist in reviewing compensation structures to support fairness and competitiveness.
o HR Projects & Reporting
- Contribute to HR initiatives such as employee engagement, retention, performance management, and manpower planning.
- Prepare and submit regular HR reports and updates to management.
- Support strategic HR actions through data gathering and operational insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, including 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
- Strong background in key HR functions, particularly Employee Relations and Compensation & Benefits.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with employees, peers, and management.
- Organized, proactive, and confident in presenting HR solutions and resolving issues.
- Skilled in balancing policy compliance with a positive employee experience.
- Preferably with experience working in a fast-paced or growing organizational environment.
- Salary:
- ₱30,000.00 Monthly
