Job Description
• Graduate of HR Related degree
(4 year course)
• Strong communication skills
• Basic knowledge in Labor Law
• Background in
*Compensation and Benefits,
*Time keeping/ Attendance monitoring
*Recruitment, Hiring process, On boarding
*Employee relations/ Company events
*Training and Development
*Performance Evaluation
*Handling complaints, Grievance procedures
*Handling 201 files and other Confidential documents
*Handling in Liaison role
*Familiar with SSS,Pag-Ibig Fund, Philhealth, DOLE and other Government reports.
*Preferably have HR experience in Retail Business- Supermarket/Department Store and Merchandising.
