Job Description
Job Summary
The CSx Officer ensures that ALPS clients are satisfied, empowered, and successful after project implementation. This role is part of the Client Success Program, covering onboarding, training, maintenance support, and regular client visits.

Key Responsibilities
Guide clients through CSx onboarding after project acceptance.

Conduct quarterly client visits to review platform usage, share updates, and gather feedback.

Coordinate free training sessions and maintenance credits provided to clients.

Address and escalate client concerns to ensure timely resolution.

Monitor and report on client satisfaction (CSAT) and platform utilization metrics.

Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., Freshservice) is an advantage.

Relevant certifications (e.g., Freshservice) are a plus.
