Job Description
* Actively develop new customers, expand the market, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients;
* Stay updated on market trends, understand customer needs, and provide tailored solutions;
* Follow up on sales projects, address customer inquiries and feedback, and ensure high customer satisfaction;
* Regularly analyze market, customer, and competitor information to suggest suggest effective sales strategies;
* Participate in sales training and meetings, and collaborate with team members to a to achieve project goals;
* Efficiently complete sales-related reports and documents (e.g., Excel sheets and business reports);
* Perform other duties assigned from immediate supervisor.
Qualification:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
* Preferably with sales experience in construction materials.
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
* Proven track record in sales or related roles (1–3 years of experience).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
