Job Description
1. Supervise and coordinate the daily activities and assignments of technicians.
2. Ensure technicians complete their tasks efficiently and according to project schedules and quality standards.
3. Provide hands-on support in complex technical issues, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
4. Monitor compliance with safety protocols, proper tool use, and standard operating procedures.
5. Review and approve job orders, service reports, and documentation submitted by technicians.
6. Conduct regular site inspections and field visits to assess work quality and performance.
7. Assist in training and mentoring new or existing technicians to improve skills and productivity.
8. Coordinate with clients and internal departments to communicate job status, updates, and challenges.
9. Report recurring issues, performance concerns, or operational inefficiencies to management.
10. Ensure proper upkeep, calibration, and maintenance of tools and equipment used by the team.
