Job Description
1. Lead, manage, and support a team of technicians across various technical services.
2. Assign and schedule daily tasks, service jobs, and fieldwork based on workload and priorities.
3. Oversee the installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of equipment or systems as required by the company.
4. Monitor technician performance and conduct regular evaluations and coaching sessions. Review and verify service reports, job orders, and technical documentation.
5. Provide technical guidance and solutions to technicians for complex issues.
6. Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal departments for project coordination and problem resolution.
7. Monitor inventory of tools, spare parts, and consumables used by the team.
8. Develop training programs and implement skill development plans for the technicians. Participate in strategic planning and improvement of service processes and operational efficiency.
9. Maintain customer satisfaction through timely resolution of service issues and high-quality output.
