Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our diversified group of companies in the retail consumer electronics, food, and leisure sectors. The CEO will be responsible for overseeing overall operations, driving business growth, expanding market presence, and leading innovation across the group. This role requires strong business acumen, exceptional leadership, and the ability to inspire and manage cross-functional senior leadership teams to deliver profitability, performance, and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide overall strategic direction and leadership across all business units (consumer electronics, food, and leisure).
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable performance of all companies in the group.
- Drive revenue growth, customer engagement, and market share through effective sales and business development strategies.
- Identify and execute new business opportunities, market expansion, partnerships, and innovations.
- Lead and develop the senior leadership team, fostering a high-performance, collaborative, and accountable culture.
- Set clear KPIs and performance metrics for departments and business units; track performance and implement improvements as needed.
- Analyze financial statements including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow reports; ensure financial targets are met or exceeded.
- Provide regular business updates, strategic plans, and financial reports to the President and Owner.
- Ensure operational excellence, compliance, risk management, and crisis resolution across the organization.
- Act as the face of the company, building strategic networks and representing the group with external partners, clients, and stakeholders.
- Foster innovation and solutions-oriented thinking to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to travel locally and internationally as needed to oversee branches and attend key events or business meetings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, or related fields; MBA or equivalent is highly preferred.
- At least 15 years of progressive leadership experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a CEO, COO, or similar executive role.
- Proven success in managing diversified businesses, preferably in retail, consumer electronics, F&B, or leisure sectors.
- Strong expertise in business development, sales strategy, and multi-location operations.
- Deep understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent leadership, people management, and organizational development capabilities.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- High energy, adaptable, innovative, and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Willing and able to work onsite in Taguig (near Arca South).
