Job Description
Quality Control/Quality Assurance Staff
Main Duties:
· Inspection & Testing: Examine materials, components, and final products to identify defects.
· Product Verification: Ensure that products meet specifications and quality standards.
· Defect Identification & Correction: Identify and address quality issues before products reach customers.
· Compliance Checking: Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
*Education
· Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree (preferred for specialized industries, e.g., engineering, industrial technology, or quality management)
*Skills and Knowledge
· At least minimum of 1 year experience in QA/QC inspection. More preferably in wire and cable.
· With auditing or product compliance experience is an advantage but not required.
· Knowledge of industry standards (ISO, Product Quality Standard).
· Proficiency in measuring tools & equipment (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.).
· Strong attention to detail for defect identification and quality verification.
· Problem-solving skills to address defects or inconsistencies.
· Communication skills to document findings and report to teams.
