Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with 7-10 years of QAQC experience, including 3-5 years in a leadership role in infrastructure, hydro power plant, and road projects
Strong knowledge of quality standards (e.g., ISO), inspection methods, and risk management.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience in managing teams and ensuring compliance with quality protocols.
