Job Description
-Supervise and monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with design, quality, safety, and schedule requirements.
- Interpret and implement construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve design or construction issues.
- Ensure that materials and work performed comply with specifications.
- Maintain records of site activities, progress, and delays; prepare and submit regular reports.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Assist in the preparation and review of project schedules, cost estimates, and resource planning.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
- Report any site issues or problems to the Site Manager and Project Manager and assist in resolving them.
- Support in the preparation of as-built drawings and project documentation.
- Other tasks may be assigned
Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Licensed Civil Engineer (preferred or as required by the project).
- Proven experience in construction or engineering projects.
- Knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management software (e.g., AutoCAD)
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
