Job Description
A. Responsible in preparation of training materials, modules and other supplies that may be needed on
training.
b. Responsible on “Technical in-store trainings” especially for new stores.
c. Conduct presentations (classroom and On-The-Job)
d. Accountable in validation for his/ her training participants.
e. Conducts and evaluates technical training programs for Client based members.
f. Designs and prepares training programs in coordination with the Training Officer.
g. Assess training needs and certification requirements as required by Clients.
h. Continuously enhance technical instructional delivery and presentation skills.
i. Ensure the quality and consistency of training content throughout a training cycle.
j. Manage the training programs in accordance with the client needs.
