Oversee performance appraisal system across operations and retail stores.
Coach leadership on implementing performance improvement plans ad calibration sessions.

Employee Engagement & Culture
Lead engagement initiatives (recognition programs, pulse surveys, team-building)
Strengthen employer brand in both retail and factory settings.
Compliance & HR Strategy Support

Contribute to HR strategy and planning aligned with business goals
Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws during program design.
Aid in ISO certification efforts(especially in manufacturing)

HR Metrics and Reporting
Track and report on training impact, retention, skills gaps and succession readiness
Provide HR Analytics to support decision-making.
