Job Description
Conduct regular physical security audits of company facilities, identifying potential vulnerabilities and recommending corrective actions.
Monitor and analyze CCTV footage to detect security breaches, suspicious activities, and potential risks.
Develop and implement security procedures and protocols to protect company assets and personnel.
Investigate security incidents and breaches, preparing detailed reports and recommendations for prevention.
Manage and oversee the security operations team, ensuring efficient and effective performance.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure security measures are integrated into overall business operations.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of all security audits, incidents, and activities.
Train and mentor security personnel on best practices and procedures.
Stay current on industry best practices, emerging threats, and technologies in asset protection.
Prepare and present reports to management on security performance, vulnerabilities, and recommendations.
Assist in the development and implementation of emergency response plans.
