Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
-Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
-Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as requested.
-Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
-Organize and coordinate executive meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
-Screen and direct incoming calls, emails, and other communications.
-Assist with project management, including tracking deadlines and deliverables.
-Coordinate logistics for business travel, conferences, and events.
-Maintain office systems, including data management and filing.
-Perform general administrative duties such as expense reporting, filing, and ordering office supplies.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
-Strong organizational and time management skills.
-Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
-High level of discretion and professionalism.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
-Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
-Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Skills:
-Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
-Experience in handling international travel and event coordination.
-Knowledge of basic financial/accounting principles.
