Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Maintaining Financial Records:
• This includes accurately recording all financial transactions, managing the general ledger, and ensuring proper documentation.
Preparing Financial Statements:
• Creating balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements to provide a clear picture of the company's financial position.
Reconciling Accounts:
• Comparing and verifying balances in bank statements and other financial records with the general ledger to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Accounts Payable and Receivable:
• Managing the processing of invoices, payments, and collections, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
Compliance:
• Staying up-to-date with accounting regulations and ensuring the company adheres to all relevant laws and standards.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
• Assisting in the development of budgets and financial forecasts, providing insights into future financial performance.
Financial Analysis:
• Analyzing financial data to identify trends, assess performance, and support management decision-making.
Auditing:
• Assisting with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.

Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices .
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel .
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills .
• Attention to detail and accuracy .
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills .
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team .

Compensation Package:
1. Basic Salary
• Php 60,000.00 per month
• Paid on a semi-monthly basis, subject to standard deductions as mandated by law.

2. Service Charge
• Upon completion of 30 calendar days from start date, eligible for a monthly service charge amounting to Php 20,000 to Php 40,000, depending on net actual revenue and in accordance with the company’s service charge policy.
• This amount may vary monthly based on business performance.

3. 13th Month Pay
• You are entitled to a 13th Month Pay, issued annually in compliance with Philippine labor laws.
• This benefit will be pro-rated based on your hire date if applicable.

4. HMO Coverage (Upon Regularization)
• Upon regularization, you will be eligible for Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) coverage.
• Coverage details will be provided separately and are subject to company policies and provider guidelines.

5. Leave Credits
• You will be eligible to earn a total of 10 leave days per year, comprising:
o 5 days Vacation Leave (VL)
o 5 days Sick Leave (SL)
o Accrual begins upon hiring, at a rate of 0.83 days per month (combined VL and SL).
• Leave usage is subject to company leave policies.

6. Other Benefits
• Daily staff meals will be provided during onsite workdays, at no cost to you.
