Job Description

Position Description:
All these services the team work closely with the Business development team. The BD teams work with the attorneys and send content to the Marketing Solutions team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create, update, and maintain professional bios for key stakeholders and team members.
• Ensure that all bios align with the brand voice and are kept up to date across multiple platforms.
• Write, edit, and distribute firm news content, ensuring relevant updates and achievements are communicated effectively to both internal and external audiences.
• Coordinate with internal teams for news generation and ensure timely distribution across various channels.
• Craft and distribute timely client alerts on industry changes, regulatory updates, and other relevant news.
• Collaborate with subject-matter experts to ensure accuracy and clarity in all client communications.
• Assist in the creation, design, and distribution of regular newsletters, ensuring content is engaging, informative, and aligned with company goals.
• Monitor performance metrics to refine and improve future newsletters.
• Manage the D-List request process by gathering necessary information, maintaining lists, and ensuring timely distribution of materials to target audiences.
• Admin support with planning and execute virtual webinars and in-person events, from concept development to post-event follow-up.
• Creation of RSVP’s, invites, review response rates and follow ups.
• Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance
• Create comprehensive reports summarizing key metrics such as lead generation, engagement, and conversion rates.
• Design and distribute surveys to gather feedback from clients, stakeholders, and employees.
• Assist the PR team with admin support on PR related activity.

Experience/Skills/Education:
• Completed any degree in College
• Proven experience in marketing or communications roles, preferably in a professional services environment.
• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to tailor content for different audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and survey tools.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with CRM software and campaign management platforms.

Salary: Up to PHP 45,000
Shift Schedule: Permanent nightshift and PH holiday work
Work Set-up: Onsite
Required Experience: Marketing experience with copyediting experience
Salary:
₱45,000.00 Monthly
