Job Summary
- Oversees the financial health and accounting operations of the organization
- Manages financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes
- Ensures compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Leads and supervises a team of accounting professionals
- Analyzes financial data and prepares accurate reports
- Provides financial insights to support strategic decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred)
- Proven experience in Accounting and Finance roles
- Strong leadership and managerial background with experience in leading finance teams
- Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in:
1.Financial reporting and analysis
2.Budgeting and forecasting
3.Tax regulations and compliance
4.Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis tools)
- Experience using ERP systems and financial software such as:
1.SAP
2.Oracle NetSuite
3. QuickBooks
4.Xero
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
