ASG Platform is opening applications for its 2-Year Residency Program for Software Developers — a scholarship-based, full-time, paid training program that prepares skilled coders for world-class software engineering careers. This is not a job or beginner bootcamp, but an intensive, career-launching experience built for individuals with solid hands-on programming backgrounds.

About the Program:

This residency is designed to fast-track your development from coder to professional software engineer. Participants will be immersed in real workflows, mentored by senior developers, and challenged to grow technically and professionally.
Top performers may be invited to join ASG full-time and earn developer salaries of PHP xxxxxxx+ monthly.

Compensation and Benefits:

Monthly allowance of PHP 32000 to 35000 (with performance-based increases)
Fully remote setup — open to Filipino citizens nationwide
After Year 1: HMO coverage, stock options, paid time off, entertainment and meal vouchers
Additional benefits apply for those invited to join full-time after the program

Training Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST (8:00 PM to 6:00 AM Philippine Time)

Program Timeline:

Phase 1 (Months 1 to 6): Foundations and Core Concepts
Phase 2 (Months 7 to 18): Advanced Projects and Specializations
Phase 3 (Months 19 to 24): Final Projects and Career Preparation

Who Should Apply:

Filipino citizens residing in the Philippines
Applicants with proven programming ability (formal education not required)
Fresh grads, bootcamp alumni, or freelancers looking to deepen their expertise
Must own a personal computer and have stable internet
Must be fully available Monday through Friday for the full duration of the program

This Program is Not For:

Beginners with no coding experience
Individuals who cannot commit to full-time participation
Anyone currently employed or juggling other major obligations

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

Full-time commitment (no other work, school, or major commitments)
Solid programming background (not entry-level)
Strong problem-solving skills and learning mindset
Willingness to undergo a multi-stage selection and evaluation process

Submit application and initial Statement of Purpose (SOP)
Initial interview + 2-hour paid coding assessment (live demo, plagiarism check)
Submit Mid-Journey SOP
4-day paid coding assessment (live demo, plagiarism check)
Follow-up call or second interview
Submit Final SOP
12-day paid coding assessment (live demo, plagiarism check)
Final evaluation and potential acceptance
