Job Description
*Performs maintenance and basic troubleshooting of assigned accounts (both hardware and software)
*Reconnects network configurations.
*Identifies malfunctions accurately and may replace defective parts or perform upgrades or install new components.
*Provide technical support or user training as necessary.
*Can perform basic computer and printer troubleshooting
*Preferably valid driver's license with restriction code A
