Job Description
10 years of work experience specifically in the Philippine power sector in areas of either business development, project management/development, mergers, and acquisition, or financial planning or modelling.
Possesses a high degree of independence, initiative, and decisiveness.
Ability to work on multiple projects with strong self-motivation.
Must be willi ng to travel.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office.
Knowledge and experience in multidisciplinary project management for contract development.
Knowledge of mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, financial modelling, and valuation.
Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City."
