About the Role
We’re seeking a Moodle-savvy Instructional Learning Designer who thrives in a remote setup and can bring learning experiences to life through dynamic and intuitive course design. You’ll play a vital role in the development of high-quality eLearning programs for use within the Moodle LMS, working closely with subject matter experts to turn complex procedures into clear, engaging, interactive learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities
*Design and develop interactive learning content for delivery via Moodle.
*Conduct learning needs analyses and develop course frameworks aligned with adult learning principles.
*Collaborate with SMEs and visual designers to compile engaging and structured course materials.
*Create SCORM-compliant modules and assessments using tools like Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate.
*Ensure courses meet accessibility and usability standards.
*Monitor learner progress and feedback through Moodle analytics and adjust course content accordingly.
*Maintain Moodle course structure, enrolments, and user support documentation.

Qualifications & Experience
*2+ years’ experience in instructional design or e-learning development
*Proven expertise in Moodle course development and administration
*Strong knowledge of instructional design models and adult learning theories
*Experience with eLearning authoring tools (e.g. Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate)
*Familiarity with SCORM standards and LMS integration
*Strong English proficiency (written and spoken)
*Reliable internet connection and remote-ready workspace

Nice to Have
*Certification in instructional design or Moodle administration
*Video editing or graphic design experience (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Canva, etc.)
*Experience in simulations, micro-credentialing, or high-stakes training environments
