Job Description
Are you a creative, organized, and results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to lead our online presence and guide a dynamic team of creatives. If you’re passionate about content, strategy, and teamwork—this role is for you!
What You’ll Do:
-Lead and manage the social media team to ensure effective collaboration and timely delivery of content
-Develop and execute engaging social media strategies across various platforms
-Create, schedule, and analyze content that aligns with brand goals and audience interests
-Oversee the quality and consistency of creative output
-Monitor trends and performance to optimize campaigns and boost engagement
What We’re Looking For:
-3 or more years of proven experience in managing social media platforms (team management experience is a plus!)
-Strong eye for design; experience with Canva is required, Photoshop is a bonus
-Creative thinker with the ability to develop fresh, engaging content
-Excellent communication and leadership skills
-Organized, proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines
-Team player with a problem-solving mindset
-Must have a reliable computer and a stable internet connection
