Job Description
● Supervise the day-to-day accounting and finance operations in the Cavite facility.
● Oversee monthly and annual closings, tax compliance, internal audits, and external audit coordination.
● Manage and mentor finance staff; ensure timely financial reporting and regulatory filings.
● Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, disbursements, and payroll allocations.
● Coordinate financial workflows between Cavite and HQ operations.
● Contribute to budgeting, cost controls, and cash flow management processes.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Finance; CPA preferred.
● Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, including 1–2 years in a supervisory capacity.
● Familiarity with manufacturing or production accounting is a major advantage.
● Strong communication skills and ability to implement financial discipline across teams.
● Hands-on, reliable, and capable of working independently in a high-growth environment.
● Must be amenable to work onsite
● Manufacturing industry experience is required
